Description

Yosts heavy-duty ductile iron woodworkers vises fitting benches up to 3 in. T are ideally suited for professional woodworkers. Ductile iron castings with black enamel finish are equipped with a solid steel dog in the front jaw. When used in conjunction with a bench stop, allows oversize work to be held securely on the bench top. Machined, toed-in jaws and solid steel guide-bars provide a solid grip, while steel no-pinch handle provide adequate clamping pressure. The front and back jaws are pre-drilled to allow for optional wood facings. Installation template and mounting hardware is included with the Yosts Model 7 WW-CA vise.

This vise is great. It feels solid and operates well. Opening and closing is really smooth. I really like that it mounts under the bench so it doesn’t take up that space. I added a couple 3/4″ pieces of pine to the inside of the jaws to prevent marring. Would recommend.
