The Yost COV-3 is a 3 in. Light Duty Clamp-On Vise is designed for light duty home, shop and professional use. This portable vise is able to mount to benches up to 2 in. thick. The vise is precision machined to close flush each and every time. The vise features 3 in. W jaws, a 2-1/2 in. opening capacity. The 2 guide rods and threaded main screw are used for extra durability and smooth operation. Cast from 30,000 psi gray iron, this vise is light and dependable.

I love these clamps! I smile every time I look in my tool box! So cool I bought two of them. Now I can bolt them on anywhere and handle long tube, rifles or anything else long and slender. Greased them up and peeled the cheap ‘YOST’ sticker off them and they cleaned up nice. This clamp feels good in your hand too – nice chunk of cast iron. I picked these over the Bessy because they have milled faces on the jaws – makes for better holding power. I am happy, happy, happy with these little puppies!
