Designed for the 9.7″ iPad Pro, 9.7″ iPad, iPad Air 2, and iPad Air, the Messenger Folio from ZAGG features Bluetooth connectivity and provides a natural typing experience, with keys that help deliver clean, precise, and even pressure with each keystroke for fast and accurate touch typing. When used with your compatible iPad, it snaps into place and helps keep it protected when not in use. Additionally, a full-width kickstand secures your device at two different viewing angles. The exterior of the Messenger Folio is wrapped in fabric, which helps to protect it from the contents of your bag. When used for an hour per day, the integrated lithium-ion polymer rechargeable battery lasts for up to two years between charges and can be recharged using an included micro-USB to USB Type-A cable and a USB power adapter (sold separately).

Love it! Had one with my last iPad and it too was wonderful. It still works perfectly but my new iPad is a different size. They stay charged a long time and the keyboard is great. For the person not happy with it standing up, just unfasten the pen holder and the magnets grab much stronger.

Bought for my iPad 9.7 nice construction, but my iPad will not fit. It to small for height of the iPad. It just will not fit.

For starters, I had to return the first one because it wouldn’t power up and when I tried to charge it, it tripped the over-current protection on my charger. The replacement works but is annoying to use. 1. The tablet stand isn’t stable and is prone to folding up and dropping the tablet back, flat on the table. 2. The keyboard doesn’t like double strokes on the same key, occasionally losing the second one. That said, it beats the on-screen keys, so I’m using it, but as I said, it’s less than I had hoped for.

I purchased a Zagg wireless keyboard years ago for my iPad. When I upgraded to a new larger iPad I looked on line for another wireless keyboard and ordered several but returned each of them. I finally ordered a Zagg and it was perfect, just like before because the keyboard and iPad fits securely in the case. Thanks Zagg please do not change this style. Also love that the case is made out of a soft molded material and not hard plastic.

All is great with iPad 8th Gen except Shift Keys don’t work yet… Solid cover on both sides. Camera is still great. Stores Apple Pencil perfectly. Allows fully for easy charging everywhere!

Shift key works for the letters if I hold either one down. This is still new for me, maybe the special character signs above the numbers will work one day too… Great value – and very protective. Slot for Apple Pencil and easy access to all buttons is a win – win!!
