Each product is specially formulated to be all you need in each step of the 4-Step Pro Floor Maintenance System. The kit includes the Zep Heavy-Duty Floor Stripper to remove acrylic finishes and build-up, Zep Stain Resistant Floor Sealer to ensure a clear gloss, Zep High-Traffic Floor Polish to prevent heel marks, scuffs and slips and the Zep Neutral pH Floor Cleaner to clean and restore high-gloss shine. All products are clearly labeled step 1 through 4 for easy use.
- Zep Stain Resistant Floor Sealer: Formula provides an extra layer of stain resistance and can be applied with rayon string mop. For use on most interior floors except wood, marble, granite, natural stone, painted or stained concrete, glazed ceramic tile and luxury vinyl tile.
- Zep High-Traffic Floor Polish: Resists heel marks, prevents slips and can be applied with a rayon string mop. For use on most interior floors except wood, marble, granite, natural stone, painted or stained concrete, glazed ceramic tile or luxury vinyl tile.
- Zep Neutral pH Floor Cleaner: Formula cleans floors, maintains polish without stripping protective coating and can be applied with rayon mop or scrubbing machine. For use on Vinyl composite tiles (VCT), rubber, sealed concrete, marble, granite, natural stone, exterior composite decking. Not for use on wood.
- Each floor cleaning liquid amounts to 128 oz.

The product is good it is just a lot of work for one person to do unless it is for one room. My whole house is terrazzo and after a while the wax build up will start to look dirty it will not matter how many times you clean it. That is where these products come in. You will have to strip it first seal it, wax it then clean it. It is worth the work put in it because it is beautiful when finished.

This is not an “all in one” type solution and is more difficult/time consuming to apply than many consumer level solutions, but it is a professional product – and it works like one. We recently moved to a new home with a bathroom in the basement. The floor is an old industrial/commercial grade vinyl, and quite dirty. I went through the 4 steps following the instructions (which were good) and the floor came out as good as it can get.

WOW ! Can this set do lots of outdoor cleaning. I almost did not want to put the cars back into the garage. Spills and leaks were easily cleaned up. I plan to do another cleaning and then paint the garage floor when the humidity finally lets paint dry! Clear and specific directions were on each container. I am going to try to use the final step over the paint (from HD, of course) after it has time to set. I will post photos in the fall when the whole process is completed.

The products all worked well. Frustration with finding the right mops to apply. No one on the retail floor at local knew exactly what a “finish mop” was for steps 2 and 3. Had to call ZEP customer service to identify the right Rubbermaid product and that phone call was terrific.

I used the stripper and sealer and found they work real good. After striping I sealed my floor. I liked the shine the sealer left and didn’t go any further in the next 2 week nothing stained my floor. After 3 week I started to not be able to wipe off the scuff marks so I recommend using the whole 4 steps. I am about to do just that. Happy striping.

We are stripping a whole house that is all concrete. Since we have moved in all I have done is steam it clean and put a regular floor wax. Before we bought the floors were nasty! So room by room we are stripping,sealing and 3 coats of polish. Everything looks great and not super slippery. I hope I don’t have to do this again for a long while, just maintenance.

After trying two other wax strippers without much success, I tried the ZEP 4 Step system. I am very pleased with the result on my VCT tile floors. I followed the instructions carefully because some people reported cloudy results. I allowed more drying time ( at least 90 minutes between coats ). I applied two coats of stripper, two coats of sealer and four coats of polish. This resulted in the glass-like surface that I hoped for. Thumbs up!!

The floors at work have never looked so good. If you follow the directions and do as instructed, this product is worth every penny spent. Depending on the foot traffic, size of the floor and how often you do the floors, you should get at least 20 or more jobs. It doesn’t take much to do the job.

Everything you’ll need to restore your flooring.I use this for a business we have that has vinyl composition tile flooring – strip, seal, finish and maintain.Just enough for our floor ( in handy 128oz containers ) just follow the instructions and you will be pleased.

This a LOT of work! However it renders great results. My vinyl floors were so dull and grimy but this was the answer to restoration! It took an entire day to complete steps 1-3. The longest is the stripping part because u cant let that foam dry on the floor. If u have the right tools though, this could be easier for you. Next time I will need TWO mops! One to strip and one to wipe up with clean water. Great system and the price was good online. Im happy!
