Each product is specially formulated to be all you need in each step of the 4-Step Pro Floor Maintenance System. The kit includes the Zep Heavy-Duty Floor Stripper to remove acrylic finishes and build-up, Zep Stain Resistant Floor Sealer to ensure a clear gloss, Zep High-Traffic Floor Polish to prevent heel marks, scuffs and slips and the Zep Neutral pH Floor Cleaner to clean and restore high-gloss shine. All products are clearly labeled step 1 through 4 for easy use.
- Zep Stain Resistant Floor Sealer: Formula provides an extra layer of stain resistance and can be applied with rayon string mop. For use on most interior floors except wood, marble, granite, natural stone, painted or stained concrete, glazed ceramic tile and luxury vinyl tile.
- Zep High-Traffic Floor Polish: Resists heel marks, prevents slips and can be applied with a rayon string mop. For use on most interior floors except wood, marble, granite, natural stone, painted or stained concrete, glazed ceramic tile or luxury vinyl tile.
- Zep Neutral pH Floor Cleaner: Formula cleans floors, maintains polish without stripping protective coating and can be applied with rayon mop or scrubbing machine. For use on Vinyl composite tiles (VCT), rubber, sealed concrete, marble, granite, natural stone, exterior composite decking. Not for use on wood.

The 128 oz Floor Cleaning Kit is all you need to really transform your floors. Unless you’ve been having them professionally cleaned, you should see a dramatic improvement. I used on my tile floors and my favorite product was the Stripper. I don’t have a finish on the tile but with dogs and cats, there is a build up, no matter how hard you clean them. The Stripper cut through the grime in the grout and on the surface beautifully. I found the Sealer a little harder to mange but it still went on great. I did the high traffic areas that are not connected to the rest of the floor and can do the rest in steps. You should pick up a flat, nylon type mop, don’t use a sponge mop. It absorbs too much and will leave stroke marks. All in all, a good product and good value

I used this product on a 10 by 12 foot wood floor. This Zep product was so easy to use and very easy step by step instructions. The wood floor came out absolutely beautiful and brought the floor back to life. I just wish this product covered more square footage.

The floors at work have never looked so good. If you follow the directions and do as instructed, this product is worth every penny spent. Depending on the foot traffic, size of the floor and how often you do the floors, you should get at least 20 or more jobs. It doesn’t take much to do the job.

The Zep system seems to be designed for older vinyl floors. It is a combination of four different products. You should be ready to move all of your stuff to another part of the house while you progress through the four steps. They are not to be used on laminates, tile or newer vinyl. The system is fairly labor intensive with applications, rinsing and drying before moving on to the next step. I suspect these would best be suited for renewing old, worn floors. These would be worth trying if a homeowner wanted to rejuvenate rather than replace. The neutral cleaner is supposed to keep everything looking nice after you’ve done the other steps.
