ZEP High-Traffic Floor Polish gives you a professional grade floor finish for vinyl and other hard floor surfaces. This polish is Step 3 of the 4-Step Pro Floor Maintenance System. Floor polish is safe to use on commercial and residential floors. Its 20% solid formula allows for a durable, high-gloss shine even as it prevents scuff marks. Formula works excellent as a concrete floor polish. Low maintenance floor polish perfect for high-traffic environments and works on multiple floor types.
- For use on interior floors such as rubber, asphalt, tile, vinyl composition tile (VCT), sealed concrete, terrazzo and no-wax tile
- Not for use on wood, marble, granite, natural stone, painted or stained concrete, glazed ceramic tile and newer no-wax vinyl floors

Great for dipping our traps in, so they don’t rust. Double dipping is best, but not always necessary. Just depends on weather you are using it in. And only needs done once a year.

This worked great on our fireplace’s hearth. It had a horrible uneven dull look that made it look like it was constantly streaked with dirt. We had no idea how it was originally finished (it is concrete with some sort of finish to make it look like tile) , so we did not want to risk damaging it by trying to use an impregnating sealer. We did not use the prior steps in the system, just and strong degreaser to make sure it was clean. Then we buffed in the polish in 4 thin layers using a microfiber mop pad. You will not get streaks unless you go back over areas that have semi set (which only take 20 seconds or so) without enough polish on your applicator. You can fix streaks by immediately applying more polish, at least in our experience. I’ve include a picture for reference- the polish obviously did not fix discoloration from wear, but at least now it looks like CLEAN worn tile.

Used this on dull, worn stained concrete floors. Floor was 14 years old and probably never had any product applied since house was built. Product was easy to apply — just mopped it on one THIN coat at a time. Took about 15 minutes per coat to apply. Dried very quickly. Applied four coats and let it dry 30-45 minutes between coats. Wear gloves to keep product off your hands unless you want shiny hands. Used less than one gallon for about 900 square feet.
