Zep Neutral pH Floor Cleaner cleans and restores shine to floor surfaces. Utilize this floor cleaner in Step 4 of the Zep 4-Step Pro Floor Maintenance System. This concentrated formula makes up to 128 Gal. and can be used as a daily cleaner to restore floor shine. Concentrate works great on marble, granite, vinyl and stone floors and can be applied using an automatic scrubber or a mop and bucket. Use as regular floor cleaner after floor polishing.

Bought this for my vinyl plank floor… what a good cleaner. They told me vinegar and water but it was dull and grimmy so Zep cleaned it right up. I also bought the Zep bleach cleaner for my countertops

I use this to clean our LVT and it works great. I have no issues with it. Make sure to measure carefully. I just add this to the Zep squirt bottle and use my swiffer to clean the floors. The ratio I use is 1:32 since the squirt bottle measures up to about 40 oz (comes out to 4 oz of solution per gallon of water). I guess it depends on how dirty your floors are.

We previously were using Armstrong Multi-surface floor cleaner, but it was simply not available in the local stores anymore. I did some research about what kind of floor cleaner to use for our floors, and the manufacturer’s recommendation was to use a ph neutral cleaner. Zep is ph neutral and was recommended by the floor company. Although it doesn’t give the nice shine that the Armstrong did, it does do a nice job. Also, the Armstrong brand had a very strong odor. (chemical odor) Zep has an odor, but not offensive or strong. We’ll stick with Zep.
