Give your floors a sophisticated look. Zep Wet-Look Floor Polish is Step 3 of the 4-Step Pro Floor Maintenance System. Can be used as vinyl floor polish and is formulated to leave a long-lasting shine. This floor polish contains 19% solids and is designed to quickly dry into a high gloss. Formula works excellent as a concrete floor polish and also provides a wet-look coating for noticeable sheen in any space. It is durable enough to resist slips, scuffs and heel marks. The high speed burnishing brings out a brilliant shine.
- For use on interior floors such as rubber, asphalt, tile, vinyl composition tile (VCT), sealed concrete, terrazzo and no-wax vinyl
- Not for use on wood, marble, granite, natural stone, painted or stained concrete, glazed ceramic tile, and newer no-wax vinyl floors
- Resistant to slips, scuffs, black heel marks and restores floors
- Apply 4 thin coats in figure 8 motion with a rayon or microfiber mop

Wow! I did not have high expectations at all to be honest with you but wow! I live in an old house with all original hardwood flooring. They were looking extremely dull and faded. I didn’t have the time/money right now to spend on refinishing them so I watched a few YouTube videos on cheap diy hardwood floor finishes. I basically ignored everything the instructions on the bottle told me not to do and I am SO HAPPY that I did. When I purchased the product I was hesitant and scared because the directions on the back of the bottle specifically tell you to not do the following:1. Do not use on hardwood floors.2. Do not use a fan while drying.3. Use rayon mop only and apply thin layer using circular motions and let dry, 4. Use sealer and finish. HERE’S WHAT I DID INSTEAD!!!!1. Cleaned and Vacuumed my hardwoods and scraped off small spots of paint that was on there. 2. Poked holes in the top of the bottle where the seal is and squirt a very generous amount onto good sized sections of the floor. 3. Used a rectangular sponge mop and went mostly up and down strokes. 4. Did that for each section. 5. Opened all windows in the room and used 2 smallish fans on High Blast.6. Let dry for about 30 minutes and repeated the process. 7. About 4 coats AT MOST is all you need. My floors look brand new. I don’t write many reviews but this was something that I was sooooo happy about I’ve been telling everyone! I didn’t use any sealer or finish as this floor polish acts as a sealer and seals in anything on the floor so be sure to vacuum well. Save yourself $1000 bucks and buy this stuff for $24 bucks it is WELL worth it! Good luck

Our metallic epoxy floor is a few years old and had a ton of scratches under where we had a rug. I got this floor polish hoping it would diminish the appearance of the scratches. Went on easy and looks shiny on my garage floors that have been painted with a gray 2-part epoxy. Time will tell how well it holds up. I did use the ZEP stripper beforehand to remove the previous coating I had put on many years ago.

40 year old 30 ft boat had dull finish. Had pros wax hull and top decks…looked ok but certainly not like new.Tried a patch with this stuff and was amazed to see the level of reflectivity produced.Finally coated the entire boat…looks amazing!…almost like new.Be aware…do not apply in sun…only shade as it sets very fast. Do not over coat …one or 2 smooth swipes on application…will streak if you go over and over. Use microfiber cloth wrapped over a large sponge or floor applicator.Up and down motion on vertical surface if possible…horizontal motion will result in drips if cloth too saturated. Apply light coat only.Let dry hard in one hour for additional coats. Clean surface first removing all scuff marks.Take your time for best results!
