Give your floors a sophisticated look. Zep Wet-Look Floor Polish is Step 3 of the 4-Step Pro Floor Maintenance System. Can be used as vinyl floor polish and is formulated to leave a long-lasting shine. This floor polish contains 19% solids and is designed to quickly dry into a high gloss. Formula works excellent as a concrete floor polish and also provides a wet-look coating for noticeable sheen in any space. It is durable enough to resist slips, scuffs and heel marks. The high speed burnishing brings out a brilliant shine.
- For use on interior floors such as rubber, asphalt, tile, vinyl composition tile (VCT), sealed concrete, terrazzo and no-wax vinyl
- Not for use on wood, marble, granite, natural stone, painted or stained concrete, glazed ceramic tile, and newer no-wax vinyl floors

So, I think I’m somewhat outside of the “normal use” realm of this product. I just used it to refinish an old and neglected terrazzo floor here in South Florida. Luckily, our floor did not have the dreaded tile grout lines or carpet glue marks, as it had a floating laminate floor on top of it. I removed that flooring and underlayment, then proceeded to clean the entire floor with a scraper (random bits of tile grout, wall texture, and overspray from wall painting). Once I finished that, I vacuumed residue up, mopped the floor clean, let dry thoroughly, then proceeded with two coats of Zep Wet Look Floor Polish. It’s not super shiny like mirror finish, but has a nice sort of satiny sheen…which is exactly what I wanted! I even moved furniture across the new finish within hours of application and it barely got scuffed! I was very impressed at its resilience already. Then, hubby had a mishap and spilled water on it…I’m not even sure how long it was there…and it cleaned up very easily this morning.

I really like this product. It really does give the floor a wet look and it holds up pretty well to traffic. It’s very easy to apply. The instructions say to use a rayon mop but I put it on concretes with a paint roller and it works great.

Zep is the best cleaning product ever made! It cleans any surface with little or no effort. Instead of just a floor polish, I would call it an all purpose polish! I damp mopped my knotty pine ceilings that haven’t been cleaned in 20 years and they looked beautiful like new! I also damped mopped my tile floors , painted kitchen cabinets, ceiling fans, my quartz kitchen counters, and wood furniture! Everything looked beautiful like new again!Zep has such a good clean, fresh, scent that no other product ever had that lasted for days!It bar far met my expectations!I love it and won’t ever use any other product again!
