Expand the reach of both your wired and wireless networks with the TL-WPA7510 KIT AV1000 Gigabit Powerline AC Wi-Fi Kit from TP-Link. Not only does this Powerline networking kit allow you to expand your wired network through your home’s power outlets, you can also expand the reach of an existing Wi-Fi network using the same network credentials.
This adapter kit features plug, pair, and play setup making it easy to get your extended network up and running in no time. Once configured, Wi-Fi Auto-Sync functionality supports both Wi-Fi Clone and Wi-Fi Move to ensure network settings are carried over to the TP-Link adapters allowing devices to roam about the network without the need to connect to separate access points. The TL-WPA7510 KIT also supports the tpPLC App for both Android and iOS devices and the tpPLC Utility for the computer giving clients control over various aspects of the network.
Once configured, the TL-WPA7510 KIT supports the 802.11ac Wi-Fi network standard and operates on both the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequencies with data transfer rates of up to 750 Mbps. These adapters also support Gigabit wired connectivity providing a reliable wired connection to Ethernet-enabled devices. Additionally, the Powerline adapter comes equipped with dedicated LED indicators allowing users to see the status of the network at any time.

The kit works perfectly inside the house. Most of my receptacles are on one lug on my 2-phase paned. Even across one subpanel the link worked fine. But I tried to get it to work across a third panel at my shop some 100′ from the house and the signal was there but unusable. Tried it on either of the subpanel’s lugs and no-go. So, YMMV

Well the good news is it helps in places with low signal areas! The bad news it slows my internet speed but still is usable!

GARBAGE!!!!!! Doies not work!

Works great! The office upstairs had poor connectivity but this device gives it super fast Wi-Fi now. Easy set up took less than an hour.

It works great! We have an outbuilding over 200′ away from the house and cannot reach with wifi. This was the best solution and it works better than expected. It was easy to install. Also, B&H Customer Service and speed of delivery is the Best!

I wanted to extend signal strength throughout my 2 story home for smart TV’s. Powerline seemed like a good solution. After reading reviews and also getting a recommendation via chat with a B&H tech, I ordered 2 of these kits. At first, the adapter would not connect to the Netgear N300 router. After spending hours with TP LInk support via chat, decided to order a new TP Link Black Archer AX20 Gigabit router hoping it will work better with the Poweline. It did connect. Spent another couple of hours with TP Link chat tech support to reset the components etc. The incoming internet speed from Spectrum modem in the basement was 480 Mbps and the same out of the AX20 router. But the output on the other side of the same wall was 120 Mbps. Second floor output was only 18.94 Mbps. I was getting better WiFi coverage directly from the router all the way on the second floor than the Powerline. If you have an apartment or one level small home all on the same electrical circuit, this may work for you. Even though it is claimed to be for large homes, it does not actually work out. Wasted a lot of time and had to return it to B&H for refund, minus the shipping which I am not happy about.

So the bottom line is this powerline technology works, and it works well. Since using this I have had 0 latency or lag time in my basement office. The problem is, transmission speeds apparently depend on the type of electrical wiring used in your house, which is harder to change out. Therefore, even with a GB unit, I’m getting significantly reduced rates on both wired and wifi connections. Still the wired connection works fantastically – even through a bridge and split between multiple devices AND with wifi pumping out at the same time.
